The Jerzy Kukuczka Himalayan Mountaineering Center is to commemorate the famous inhabitant of Katowice, promote mountain tourism, but also become another attraction of the capital of the Silesian agglomeration. Uprising in Bogucice, next to Kukuczka's house.
