Adaptation of the building complex of the ‘Poniatowski shaft’ in Katowice. This is VI stage of the HUB, in which the scope of work includes five buildings: the hoisting machine building, the workshop and ventilators building, the mineshaft superstructure with the hoisting tower and the connector, the laboratory and the bathhouse. The entire complex will be adapted for exhibition, educational, social, workshop, artistic and gastronomic purposes. A new public and cultural space will be created in the historic, post-industrial fabric. At the same time, it is an idea to strengthen the above-average attractiveness of the historic urban and architectural layout of the historic Nikiszowiec district.
