LOOKOUT HOUSE is an unique complex inspired by surrounding – green areas of meadows, forests and a nearby lake with a monolithic bottom filled with light pebbles with a rough, raw texture. White stones were used to surround a multi-block form, giving the solids the impression of blending into the snow in winter and standing out in summer. The clear use of the difference in levels and integration with the topography are characteristic features of buildings, blended into the terrain. The user is surrounded from one side by solids covered with WOOD leather, on the other side a weightless CONCRETE panel rises, supported on a delicate glass shell, through which you can directly look at the GREENNESS of the landscape. This creates a strong visual feeling that brings nature inside and vice versa, making the viewer feel as if living in the house does not disconnect him, but emphasizes that he lives beautifully and exclusively in the natural world.
